Âé¶¹Éç (Âé¶¹Éç) and the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS) announced a new scholarship that guarantees a tuition-free bachelor’s degree for Pell-eligible KCTCS associate degree earners and transfer students still working on a two-year degree. Âé¶¹Éç is pleased to announce that three Âé¶¹Éç students have been awarded scholarships from the Kentucky Business and Professional Women’s Foundation.
